What a difference a month makes. More than 150 residents attended July’s meeting of California borough council to voice concerns about the influx of the Romanian refugees, but only a handful of residents attended Thursday’s meeting and none mentioned the refugees.
Borough administrator Dr. Richard Martin believes it was because of several outreach groups formed since last month’s meeting.
