David Thomas Chevine Jr., 55 of Monongahela, died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017 in his home. Born Sept. 1, 1962, in New Eagle, he is the son of Lynne Southworth of New Stanton and David T. Chevine Sr. and wife Linda of Surfside Beach, SC, and their children Ronalee and Darren. Following his graduation in 1980 from Ringgold High School, Dave attended the University of Pittsburgh and then earned his Associates in IT Technology from the Community College of Allegheny County. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Monongahela and loved his dogs Shelbey and Abby. Surviving in addition to his parents, are a sister, Leslie Chevine of Hunker; his uncle, Clair and wife, Debbie Southworth of Kentucky; and his aunt, Diane Southworth-Hallberg and husband, Bob of Mt. Vernon, Washington. Friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering from 3 to 3:30 p.m. Monday Oct. 23, 2017, in the MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St. Monongahela, 724-258-6767, at which time a memorial service will begin at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev.
