Robert L. Bradshaw, 93 of Daisytown, Clover Hill, passed away Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017. He was born April 5, 1924, in Shadyside, Ohio, a son of the late John Wesley and Olive Pearl Fouty Bradshaw. Mr. Bradshaw was a 1942 graduate of California High School. Robert was a Union plumber working on various projects throughout the area for over 40 years retiring in 1986. He also owned and operated Bradshaw Well Drilling for many years. He was a member of the Pipefitters Local No. 354 for 70 years and a member of Garwood Southern Baptist Church for over 50 years, where he helped to build the church and held several positions. On Dec. 15, 1945, he married Evelyn Virginia Ames Bradshaw who survives. Together they celebrates 71 years of marriage. Surviving in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Linda A. Wolpink (Bill) and Loretta Wolpink both of Clover Hill.; seven grandchildren, Jason Wolpink, Roxanne Moore, Vincent Wolpink Jr., Brandi Levers, Jeremy Wolpink, Angela Jutting and Cassie Wolpink, 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was the last of his immediate family. Deceased in addition to his parents, are two sisters, Esther Bradshaw and Martha Johnson; two brothers, John “Jack” Bradshaw and Bill Bradshaw. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 619 Main St. Bentleyville, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017 at with the Rev. George Lammay officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Richeyville V. F. D. P.O.
