Salvation Army makes sure Monessen kids are well fed

As the new school year approaches, the Salvation Army Mon Valley Citadel in Monessen is working to ensure city youth finish the summer in a healthy way.

For the second year, Capt. Sue Thwaite is spearheading a citywide summer feeding program that keeps growing.
