Donora changes alcohol policy

Donora council has approved an alcohol policy that borough officials have been working on for several months.

The discussion began after Donora’s insurance company warned that the borough might be exposed to a risk of lawsuits due to a policy allowing people who rent facilities to serve alcohol.
