Elizabeth Twp. changing oil and gas ordinances

Elizabeth Township is taking necessary steps to make amendments to its oil and gas ordinance.

Solicitor Matt Racunas said following Monday’s board of commissioners meeting that there are several amendments to the ordinance, including a change in the setbacks, which are property laws governing property lines and boundaries.
