Charleroi park project almost done

The transformation of a lot at the corner of Meadow Avenue and Fifth Street in Charleroi is nearly complete thanks to a labor of love and collaboration of community organizations.

The site of the former Charleroi Junior High School between Meadow and Crest Avenue was an eyesore of broken blacktop for many years.
