Editorial: Infrastructure report disturbing
Pennsylvania is near the top of another list that it would rather not be on.
A recent report from the financial website 24/7 Wall Street with the provocative title of “States That Are Falling Apart” ranks our state fourth worst in the nation based on the condition of its infrastructure. Rhode Island, Hawaii and West Virginia hold the top three spots, but Pennsylvania is worse off than everyone else.
