Donora personal care home closes

Patients at a troubled Donora personal care home were forced to begin evacuating Saturday.

Last month, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services issued multiple reports stating Miller’s Corner Cottage had violated health, safety and financial standards at its facility on Kenric Avenue.
