Charleroi takes on bullying

Charleroi Area held an assembly on Friday to give middle school students techniques and tips to deal with bullying.

Author and motivational speaker Tom Thelen, who travels the world speaking on the topic, offered advice for dealing with a bully’s actions or insults.
