Schwerha ruled eligible at Belle Vernon Area

The wait is over for Belle Vernon Area’s JoJo Schwerha.
The soccer standout’s transfer from Greensburg Central Catholic was approved Monday by the WPIAL. Under the PIAA’s new transfer rule, though, since he transferred after the Aug. 6 deadline, Schwerha was ruled ineligible for the postseason.
