Editorial: Good news on jobs at two sites

Opportunity is returning to the Mon Valley, as we saw Thursday in both Donora and McKeesport.

Donora celebrated the expansion of Tech Met with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The current owners bought the former PolyOne Corp. facility nearly two years ago and pumped $3 million into trying to grow the site. The company recently added a $1 million grant that is being used for development and revitalization.
