Donora woman charged in bank robbery

A Donora woman accused of robbing Citizens Bank inside Giant Eagle in Carroll Township Wednesday afternoon nearly got away with almost $26,000 before she was arrested.

Carroll Township police Chief Paul Brand said he received the call around 12:24 p.m. and was on the scene with in minutes, but the woman, later identified as Angela McKinley, had already left.
