New Eagle severs ties with code enforcement agency

After several complaints from borough residents, New Eagle Council unanimously voted to terminate its current code enforcement agency Tuesday.
Harshman CE Group, LLC, of Washington took over as the borough’s code enforcement officer in the summer of 2017. Residents have been complaining about permits, fees and other red tape for their projects and work ever since.
