Editorial: DiPiazza’s latest tirade was out of line

RANDY DIPIAZZA walked away quietly when he resigned from Charleroi Borough Council last month, but he had plenty to say in his first meeting as a private citizen.

DiPiazza showed up Thursday night to watch as former mayor and councilwoman Nancy Ellis was selected to fill the remainder of his term. He then launched into a tirade against her and several of his former council colleagues.
