Donora man accused of assault

An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for a Donora man accused of assaulting a Monessen woman and dragging her with his car.

Monessen police charged Algin Youngblood, 42, of Eighth Street, Donora, with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
