Donora councilman alleges violation

A Donora councilman believes the governing body violated the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act.

Councilman Gib Szakal told the audience at Thursday’s meeting that he was contacted by the borough administrator one week ago with a request he feels was inappropriate.
