Donora resident accused of stalking

A Donora man wanted for dragging a woman with his vehicle was arrested for allegedly stalking another woman.

Alleged victim Darci Randall, 47, of Eighth Street, Donora, called Monessen police around 9 p.m. Friday to say she was driving to the police station because Algin Youngblood, 42, of the same Eighth Street address, was following her in a vehicle.
