Gerard hopes to unseat Stefano in 32nd district

Incumbent state Sen. Pat Stefano, R-Bullskin Township, and newcomer Pamela Gerard, D-Uniontown, will vie for Pennsylvania’s 32nd Legislative District seat in Tuesday’s general election.
Stefano was unopposed when he received his nomination for re-election in May, and Gerard is running a write-in campaign. The district includes all of Fayette and Somerset counties and part of Westmoreland County, including Monessen, North Belle Vernon and Rostraver Township.
