Gassner joins Charleroi council

A Charleroi veteran was sworn in to fill a vacant seat left on Charleroi council Thursday night, following the unexpected resignation of Debbie Buck last week.

Martin Gassner, formerly of Belle Vernon, now lives in Charleroi along with his wife Amanda and three children, Kayleb, Kayden and Angel.
