Twelve western Pennsylvania residents, including one McKeesport man, have been charged with violating federal narcotics and firearms laws via a superseding indictment by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh
United States Attorney Scott W. Brady announced the eight-count superseding indictment last week. It named:
Michael Henry, 36, of McKeesport; Shawn Hendrix, 42, of Cranberry Township; Nikia Perkins, 44, of Monaca; Adrian Jordan, 28, of Braddock; Leroy George, 49, of Johnstown; Thomas Hannon, 36, of Aliquippa; Aleece Bowser, 32, of Monaca; Ashley Miller, 33, of Aliquippa; Carlisha Williams, 29, of Aliquippa; Sheila Alford, 61, of Aliquippa; Jeremy Fooks, 32, of Pittsburgh; and Terry Johnson, 34, of McKees Rocks.
A superseding indictment is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty, according to Brady.
