Editorial: State’s grades still low on infrastructure
If you haven’t noticed any improvement in Pennsylvania’s infrastructure over the past four years, you’re not alone.
A report by the American Society of Civil Engineers gives our state a C-minus grade for the overall state of its infrastructure, the same as in 2014.
