BVA can’t decide on new leader

Belle Vernon Area School Board is “deadlocked” on how to permanently fill its superintendent position before next school year.

Acting Superintendent Dr. Michele Dowell was appointed earlier this year following the resignation of former Superintendent Dr. John Wilkinson.
