Toprani’s appeal gets day in court

A decision is expected this week on Steve Toprani’s appeal of the results of last month’s election in the 49th Legislative District.

Washington County Judge Gary Gilman listened to nearly five hours of testimony Wednesday as Toprani, D-Monongahela, claimed the county Board of Elections made errors in tabulating the votes.
