Lions mark 25th anniversary of UPMC’s Diabetes Center

Physicians and directors of UPMC McKeesport and the Mon River Fleet Lions Club joined forces Friday night with the McKeesport Hospital Foundation to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the UPMC McKeesport Lions Diabetes Education and Treatment Center.

Dozens of Lions from clubs across Allegheny and Westmoreland counties attended the celebration and enjoyed dinner and dancing in the banquet room of Rock Run Inn, nestled inside of Elizabeth Township-based Butler’s Golf Course. Musical entertainment was provided by Lady L.
