N. Charleroi teen charged in accident

An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday for a North Charleroi teen accused of causing a vehicle accident that injured his juvenile friend.

Chase A. Courtney, 18, of Liberty Avenue was charged with accidents involving death or personal injury – not properly licensed, driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked and multiple traffic violations following the Dec. 1 incident.
