Warriors overcome foul trouble for win at Mt. Pleasant

Elizabeth Forward’s girls basketball team was able to overcome foul trouble in the first half and roll past host Mt. Pleasant, 54-39, Thursday and move to 2-0 in Section 3-4A play.

With Bri Spirnak on the bench most of the opening 16 minutes, Julia Jenkins carried the load for the Warriors (3-1, 2-0).
