Valley Dairy opens to the public today

A little more than three months after construction began, the new Valley Dairy restaurant has opened in Rostraver Township’s Tri-County Plaza.

During a VIP grand-opening event Monday morning, dozens of people attended and enjoyed some of the first meals prepared at the site.
