A North Charleroi dog owner is denying allegations made by her neighbors that her dogs are aggressive and not properly taken care of.
Several residents addressed council during a business meeting Monday night to ask what can be done about tenants and their pets on Center Avenue.
Neighbors claimed the pit bulls are constantly loose, loud and menacing, but Heather Bercosky said that’s not the case.
Bercosky said she moved into her home in September with her family and her two female pit bulls, Lyla and Dakota.
She said when her family moved into the home, she wasn’t aware there were holes in the fence that connects her yard to a neighbor’s property.
