Man accused of having child porn

A Monongahela man is accused of possessing several devices that contained child pornography.
Christopher A. Maguda, 37, of Thomas Street, is charged with child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
Charges were filed by the state police Computer Crime Unit with Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson in Monongahela on Monday.
Trooper Thomas Maloney said he launched an investigation after receiving information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children cyber tip line and the Delaware County, Pa., Internet Crimes Against Children Criminal Investigation division after Microsoft reported an image uploaded to a specific user’s OneDrive account in October.
