Another business headed to Alta Vista

Alta Vista Business Park in Fallowfield Township is one step closer to being fully developed.

The Mon Valley Alliance and Frontier Railroad Services, LLC, announced finalization of the sale of Lot 10B on Thursday.

The 4.6-acre parcel was split into two sections after Fallowfield Township supervisors approved the subdivision last month.

Now that the sale is final, the railroad company is officially able to announce construction of its new headquarters at the business park.
