Rams seek semifinal trip, PIAA berth

It is often said that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
Apparently, basketball coaches feel that way, too.
Take layoffs between the regular season and the WPIAL playoffs, for example.
Earlier, Ringgold coach Phil Pergola said he was happy his Rams had an eight-day break before opening the Class 4A playoffs against Freeport, a game Ringgold rolled to a 76-47 romp.
