Carroll Township supervisors heard about storm-water runoff concerns from three residents this week.
Residents Dennis Fedorchak, Gary Leavengood and Eric Vargo addressed the runoff on Armstrong Drive at Tuesday night’s meeting.
All three are experiencing a similar issue which includes damage to their driveways, water in their yards and basements.
Supervisors chairman Tom Rapp said he understands the problem.
“I have never gotten water in my basement, but last year I did,” Rapp said.
He said last year and the beginning of this year has been troublesome for the area with water issues.
