Forward alleges illegal dumping

Forward Township residents voiced concerns Monday about alleged illegal dumping throughout the township. 

Large collections of siding, shingles, refuse and other debris have allegedly been found along Pangburn Hollow, Saddler’s Hollow and Raccoon Run roads. 

Township supervisors Thomas DeRosa, Dave Magiske and Ron Skrinjorich agreed the township needs to address the issue before others start to follow suit. 

“It’s amazing how no one ever sees it,” DeRosa said. “We’re never going to catch anybody.”
