North Belle Vernon police are preparing to make an arrest in connection with last week’s triple stabbing at Just A Tavern.
Following a borough council meeting Tuesday, police Chief Eugene Lipari said officers have identified a “person of interest” and expect to file charges “very soon.”
As of Tuesday, the victims’ names still had not been released.
“We touched base with county detectives the other day and they are still doing interviews, so we don’t have names yet,” Lipari said.
