Teen alleges indecent assault at area Pizza Hut

A West Newton man is accused of assaulting a woman inside the Rostraver Township Pizza Hut.

Damiyan Vincent Davis, 22, of Bells Mills Road was charged with indecent assault without the consent of the other person.

Rostraver Township police interviewed the 17-year-old girl about the March 1 incident, which allegedly took place at the restaurant on Sara Way, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

The Mon Valley Independent does not identify victims of alleged sexual assault crimes.
