White Oak police are searching for a man who allegedly committed an armed robbery with three family members Friday at a Wendy’s restaurant in Rainbow Shopping Center.
One of the suspects, Tyonna Harper, 18, of McKeesport, works at the restaurant and helped plan the robbery, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Police said Anthony Harper, 42, of Riverview Street, White Oak, and Robert E. Harper of Pittsburgh held employees at gunpoint during the incident. They escaped in a car driven by Dawn Lynn Harper, 40, of McKeesport before police arrived around 9:15 p.m, the affidavit states.
A person identified as “victim one” told officers that Robert and Anthony Harper forced them to open a safe and remove $1,029.
