McKeesport man accused of DUI, fighting police at hospital

A McKeesport man accused of crashing through a Carroll Township yard and landing in a ditch while driving under the influence Saturday also allegedly tried to fight police officers who transported him to Monongahela Valley Hospital for a blood test in the emergency room.
David Caudill, 34, of Summit Street, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, DUI and harassment.
Caudill was released Monday from Washington County Correctional Facility after posting $10,000 bond.
Officer John Korcek responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch at the intersection of West Monessen Street and Grant Street just after 1 a.m. Saturday.
