Mary F. Hornack
MONESSEN
Mary F. Hornack, 96, of Monessen, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019, in Mon Valley Hospital. Born in Charleroi on July 24, 1922, she was the daughter of the late John and Justine Falibota. She was a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Orthodox Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceeded in death by her husband, Andrew Hornack; two brothers, Morris and John Falibota; and two sisters, Ann Falibota and Stella Warholic. She is survived by a son, Justin Hornack of Gaithersburg, Md. Friends will be received Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in St. Nicholas Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 29, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Nicholas Ukrainian Orthodox Church with Rev. Fr. George Hnatko officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
