Disrespect cited in review of Donora

“If the leadership does not operate well, the organization and the broader community will suffer,” according to a management and operational review report prepared for Donora.
Grass Root Solutions has spent months analyzing Donora and how it manages all its departments as part of its work as a consultant to the borough in the state’s Early Intervention Program for financially distressed municipalities.
