The Monessen Greyhounds brought their bats to Memorial Stadium for Monday’s Section 2-A baseball game.
And the result was a 16-1 rout in a game called in the bottom of the third inning because of the 15-run rule.

Winning pitcher Tyler Swann led the onslaught with a double and two singles, while Vinnie Rhome and Marcus Tansmore had two hits each.
