Charleroi Area life skills students are hard at work in an effort to help their community.
For months, students in Tammy Hite’s life skills class have been working to organize the Gold Post Room, a community clothing closet located in the middle school.
The Gold Post Room, which has been at the school for several years, is a place where gently used clothes donated to the district are stored and made available to students who may need them.
Any middle or high school student who needs them can go to the room to get clothes of their size and choice.
