Anyone who steps through the doors of Rostraver Public Library this summer will likely encounter some commotion.
Whether it’s a gaggle of babies perched on the floor for Tiny Tikes story time on Wednesdays or dozens of school kids on Friday event days, library director Naomi Cross insists there’s something for everyone.
“Our summer programs have been at capacity so far,” Cross said. “Summer reading kicked off two weeks ago, and just this morning they had 26 babies under 3 years old for our Tiny Tikes program. They come religiously on Wednesday to do their story.”
The theme for this year’s extensive summer programing is space, marking the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing.
