Neighbor in Otto case cited for harassment

A woman whose dog was killed nearly six months ago is allegedly being harassed by a neighbor who is involved in the investigation.
Michael Zadrozny was cited for harassment by Washington Township police on Wednesday in relation to four alleged incidents involving Holly Miller between May 1 and June 6.
Zadrozny is charged with harassment with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person and engaging in conduct or regularly committing an act with no legitimate purpose.
Miller and her fiancé, Paul Zuro, are seeking justice in the case involving the violent death of their 3-year-old German shepherd Otto.
