Tri-County Realty punched its ticket to the Grebb League postseason Tuesday handling its business against Dairy Queen, 55-47.
Coming off an upset loss to BeeGraphix, head coach Aaron Balla understood his team needed to get back to what they did best if they hoped to get back to their winning ways.
“(We) definitely got off to a slow start but they pulled it together at the end there and we got back to what we did best. We used our speed, rotation, our ball movement and defense,” said Balla.
Dairy Queen (2-5) jumped out to a quick lead and maintained it for the first five minutes of play behind the play of Mike Stewart and Elijah Saesan. They teamed up to score the first 11 points of the game.
