A Dravosburg man has been charged after allegedly threatening a McKeesport man and cutting a rope that was tethering his boat to a dock at the McKees Point Marina.
Joshua R. Olshenske, 38, of Melrose Place was charged Tuesday with terroristic threats and harassment.
McKeesport police were dispatched to the parking lot of the marina, which is located near the confluence of the Monongahela and Youghiogheny rivers, shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday after Cory Apel reported that Olshenske sent him a picture message that showed his boat floating away from the dock, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
In a text message that accompanied the picture, Olshenske allegedly wrote “Game on. Let me know where you wanna meet so I can knock you the (expletive) out,” court records state.
