A Monessen man was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly striking a juvenile with a glass bottle.
Police were called to the 300 block of Indiana Avenue for a report of a loud party around 1:59 a.m., but were unable to respond immediately because they were already handling a call for a reported theft from vehicles in the 200 block of Linden Avenue.
Four juveniles were caught by a homeowner ransacking a vehicle. They’re all between the ages of 10 and 14 and will be cited with disorderly conduct and curfew violations, Lt. Mike Keleman said.
Police cleared the first call and arrived on scene to Indiana Avenue around 2:12 a.m. They found nearly 100 people inside and outside the residence.
