A man arrested in Mc-Keesport earlier this month after more than a month of being on the run waived his right to a preliminary hearing for a charge of possession of firearm prohibited.
Triq Peek Price, 39, of Crawford Village, Mc-Keesport, was wanted since June for allegedly killing a man in Wilkinsburg.
McKeesport police arrested Price July 8 after receiving a tip that he was staying in Building C of the Crawford Village housing complex.
Allegheny County Homicide detectives, who are investigating the Wilkinsburg case, accuse Price of shooting David Herbin, 49, during an apparent robbery June 4 at a home on Laketon Road.
