Barbara L. Trumpie – Monongahela

Barbara L. Trumpie, 66, of Monongahela died Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, in her home. Born Dec. 15, 1952, in Bunola, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Mildred Taylor Trumpie. Barb was a member of St. Damien of Molokai Parish in Monongahela and always enjoyed spending time at McDonald’s with her friends. She is survived by her brother, Charles (Hope) Trumpie of Pilot Mountain, N.C.; a niece, Stacey (Matthew) Beroth; a nephew, Scott Trumpie; great-niece, Kate Finley Beroth, all of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and a very special friend and Godfather to her, Mr. John “Butch” Sturlese of Monongahela. Barbara was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Trumpie, who died July 13, 2010. Friends will be received in the at MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767, marshallmarrafuneralhome, from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019, at which time services will be held in the funeral home with Father Kevin Dominik officiating. Interment will be private and held in Mon-Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
