The Volunteer Fireman’s Association of Liberty borough is ushering in the autumn season this weekend.
The annual Liberty Fall Festival kicked off Friday night and will continue from 5 to 10 p.m. today.
Admission to the festival is free, and volunteers are selling “famous” fresh-cut French fries, soft drinks, hamburgers, hot dogs, haluski, hot sausage, pulled pork, nachos, funnel cake fries and other treats to raise money for the department’s equipment and operations.
There is also a beer tent for those 21 and older. Photo identification is required.
A kids’ zone features a massive blow- up obstacle course, a bounce house and a rock climbing wall.
